Tri-City Tour - Boston

It feels like Boston was really the start of the adventure.  For a start we were staying in a house not a hotel.

And we were out in the suburbs, a little place called Chelsea.  Largely a Hispanic neighborhood so dinner in a local restaurant was interesting.  This apparently was the house specialty (or so we were told) and come up bubbling like Vesuvius.

It might have been a joke on a couple of unfortunate tourists but boy did it taste goooooood.

Boston is a walkable city with a colour coded metro system a bit like London so we felt right at home. History, famous landmarks, free music in the park and a tour of the local Sam Adams brewery (including pitchers of free beer!) all made for a top notch visit.

Lynne “I’ve been a Red Sox fan for years so a visit to Fenway Park was an absolute must.

Couldn’t get tickets but to be around the stadium when they were playing the Yankees in a double header was brilliant.  And with the House of Blues just next door with free music on offer…well, it was just a little bit of heaven.”
